Working time recording

The ruling of the European Court of Justice on compulsory recording of working time was confirmed by the Federal Labour Court (BAG). Recording of working hours is mandatory.

guscom.POS has the time recording module guscom.TRS. This additional module allows you to conveniently record the working hours of your employees via the POS terminal. Breaks can be predefined and the system distinguishes between work-related and private absences.

Part of the module is a holiday and duty planning function which, in conjunction with the budget and plan module in the duty roster, calculates personnel costs in relation to the booked turnover for the individual days.
